• Pitches will only be made available at the owners’ discretion, to the person named at the time of booking and full payment must paid to secure the pitch
  • Group bookings and non-family groups will only be accepted by prior arrangement with the management
  • Pitches are not usually available until 12 noon on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 1000hrs on the date of departure unless a “late stay” has been previously agreed and paid for at Reception. Late stays are not usually available during August
  • A strict 5 mph speed limit operates on the park. All roads should be used in accordance with the Highway Code.  Any motorised vehicle or scooter is subject to the same rules as on a public highway
  • Please respect your neighbours’ peace and privacy and ensure that they are not inconvenienced by your children, pets, and noise or by taking “short cuts” across their pitch
  • Children (under 18) must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, all bookings for over 18’s only
  • Dogs are only accepted if kept on a short lead (2 metres maximum) at all times (even in the dog walk areas). Owners are asked to take their dogs to the dog toilet areas and to clean up any “accidents” on the park.  Dogs must not be left unattended on the park
  • No pitching of tents or parking of caravans should be attempted on the park between 9:00pm and 8:30am
  • Please do not disturb other campers with noise. Music/TVs/Electronic Games should not be audible outside your pitch.  Barbeques and outdoor meals should be completed and cleared away by 10:30pm and other campers should not be able to hear you after 11:00pm
  • Campers are welcome to have visitors, but any wishing to stay overnight must report to reception first, there will be an additional charge
  • Barbeques are permitted, but please do not use them on the grass. Fires are not permitted (and no big flames from the barbeque please!).  Fireworks and Chinese lanterns may not be launched from the site or surrounding area
  • If a caravan, motor van or tent is not removed from the park at the end of a hire period, then we will consider it to be abandoned unless other arrangements have been made with us and confirmed in writing. The unit will be sold and any outstanding fees will be settled with the proceeds
  • Refuse will be disposed of in sealed bags and placed in appropriate bins – located by reception
  • You are responsible for any equipment brought onto the park, equipment must be structurally sound and conform to British Standards
  • No smoking is permitted in any building on the park
  • All payments to be made in advance, please call into the office on your arrival
  • Water is metered please do not waste it, a chemical (Elsan) point is provided for portable toilet waste
  • Please ensure you familiarise yourself and comply with notices on site
  • Liability is with each individual customer, the park owner and agents shall not be liable whatsoever for loss and damager occasioned to any vehicle, unit or its contents
  • A gate card for the barrier is required to enter and exit the holiday park. On arrival you be required to pay a £5.00 refundable deposit for the use of the card during your stay. The £5.00 will then be returned to yourself on receipt of us receiving the card back at the end of your stay.

The owners reserve the right to amend these rules and conditions without prior notice.  Any one not observing them or acting in any unreasonable manner will be asked to leave the park without compensation or refund.
