Stonham Barns Park puts a new tilt on the Christmas trip to see Santa – and there’s the traditional Santa’s Grotto too
Stonham Barns Park – one of Suffolk’s premier leisure, retail and holiday venues – is putting on an attraction that is back by popular demand.
Breakfast with Santa is a feature which will see little ones and their parents having a delicious, cooked breakfast with Santa before leaving on a train to an enchanted theatre for a welcome by elves before entering an enchanted grotto to receive a Christmas gift.
Explains Events Manager Fraser Carson, ‘We are happy to be able to put this special event on again for children and their parents that gives a magical feel to this time of the year. The Christmas fun will include breakfast and a train ride which children love. It takes the Santa’s grotto experience to a new level. It’s all about creating memories for parents and children at a time when we all need some positivity in our lives.’
‘The experience will be fun for all – and everyone will enjoy a hearty cooked breakfast! It will certainly make for a special start to the festive period.’
The elves who will be on hand on the day to meet the children and adults will include Snowball, Sparkle, Holly and Tinsel.
Children will be able to chat about their gifts and hopes for the coming year with Santa.
The cooked breakfasts will include vegetarian options. Cereal, toast and jam, and fruit will be on offer too. Pre-booked tickets only at £9.95 for adults and children £14.95 to cover breakfast, train ride and gift. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Breakfast with Santa is available throughout December – on Saturday 3 December, Sunday 4 December, Friday 9 December, Saturday 10 December, Sunday 11 December, Friday 16 December to Saturday 24 December. Santa’s Grotto will also be available this year from 1pm – 4pm on the same dates. Advanced tickets for Santa’s Grotto are just £6.00 per child.
