As autumn settles across the countryside and the leaves turn a kaleidoscope of gold and fiery orange, Stonham Barns Park is preparing to embrace the enchanting spirit of Halloween.

A special Halloween-themed crazy golf experience is returning this year after its highly successful launch two years ago.

Stonham Barns Golf Park will transform itself with the addition of pumpkins, witches, ghosts, creepy spiders, ghouls and other characters and creatures from 17 October until 1 November to include the half-term holiday period (27-31 October).

Halloween Adventure Golf, at Smugglers Bay, starts at dusk with the last tee-off at 7.30pm so that families, friends and thrill-seekers of all ages can step into a world where playful frights meet heart-warming fun.  Visitors can experience adventure golf with a difference under the spooky cover of darkness.  Beneath the glow of jack-o’-lanterns and amid the laughter of witches and ghouls, crazy golf players will find themselves enchanted by the atmosphere of Halloween.  The park’s winding adventure golf course, already beloved for its pirate-themed challenges, will become a haven where the magic of the season will come alive.

Last year the course was so warmly welcomed by local Halloween-enthusiasts that The Golf Park extended the experience nights by two days due to popular demand.

Running alongside the Halloween Adventure Golf is a Pumpkin Hunt where friends and family are challenged to count how many pumpkins, they see on the course to get a Trick or Treat prize if they guess the correct number!

Tony Dobson from Stonham Barns Golf Park said: ‘When we introduced this special Halloween Experience, we were delighted with the number of visitors who came to enjoy the Halloween Adventure Golf, and the numbers continue to grow each year!’

Halloween Adventure Golf finishes at 8.00pm and tickets can be purchased at the door.  Anyone bringing a carved pumpkin to Stonham Barns Golf Park for one of the sessions can gain half-priced admission.

Creepy Night Golf is available every Friday and Saturday 17/18 October, 24/25 October and 31/1 November.  It is also open until 8.00pm.
