Norfolk Singer Songwriter Breeze Redwine Reveals UK Mini Tour to Support ‘Never Let You Go’

Breeze has built a worldwide following at just 19-years old after the success of her debut single ‘Money.
Her story began when she won a performing arts competition in LA.

Country-pop singer songwriter Breeze Redwine – who music media are calling one of the hottest country pop names to leap out of the UK in 2021 – has announced a UK Mini Tour to support her second single release Never Let You Go.

The tour will see her perform in Bristol, London, Bournemouth, her home county of Norfolk and Suffolk too.  Dates range from the Deepdale Festival on the North Norfolk Coast to the legendary London venue Dublin Castle. Her Americana-feel, storytelling second single has achieved 176,000 You Tube views and 90,000 Spotify streams in just four weeks since its release and it is now surpassing her success with her first single.

Recorded by the SAFO Music Group – Never Let You Go – is a single written by Breeze prior to signing a contract with the Suffolk leisure and music venue Stonham Barns Park in 2020 which showcases music under the brand name Stonham Sounds.  It is the second single under the new contract with the management company. The video for the new single was recorded in London’s ‘Moonshine Saloon’ and in the Suffolk-countryside.

The Moonshine Saloon is the perfect backdrop for her raw and rootsy ‘Norfolk-Nashville’ vocals on Never Let You Go, the ode to the fluidity of relationships. It’s thinking you can’t let someone you love go, even though you probably should.  At just 19 years old – but with the vision of seasoned musicians – she takes her love ‘down to the river to wash away their sins’.

The melody, driving beat and her unstoppable vocals take you away from where you are to an evocative place with blues roots and American soul.  In her performance, she delivers so much more than you would expect from such a young artist. Her self-belief and self-empowerment combine with a heady mix of country, soul and Americana to produce something extraordinary from a British singer songwriter.

Never Let You Go brings out the strength in her vocals. It’s expected to resonate with followers of the big-named artists and bands that influenced Breeze including Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Imagine Dragons and Shawn Mendes. Breeze herself plays guitar plus ukulele and piano.

Breeze says of Never Let You Go, ‘It’s a song that everyone can relate to.  You know when you have come to a make-or-break part of a relationship, and you just don’t know what to do.’

‘It’s when you listen to your heart when your head is telling you no.’

‘There is so much more pressure on relationships in the challenging times we live in.  It’s a bit of an anthem to life as it is now.  It’s time to explore what makes us happy and go with it.’

‘I love song-writing and performing – and a story-telling song is just so powerful!’

Never Let You Go was written by Breeze Redwine in collaboration with Laurence Hobbs and Max Hosinger.

Breeze writes narrative songs with depth and feeling about life from a young, female perspective. The country-loving teen was raised in Harleston, Norfolk. Her lyrics can be edgy, and she has real country-attitude. She sometimes delivers power ballads, often focusing on love, happiness, and life lessons. Occasionally she touches on more sensitive issues, including the mental health of young people.

She was invited to sing on stage, aged 9, by a teacher who first spotted her talent.  In 2015, aged 11, she was crowned champion of national competition Teenstar. In 2016, she smashed the World Championships of Performing Arts competition in Los Angeles winning four gold and two silver medals plus an achievement award for the artist most likely to break into the music industry.  She has also been awarded Best Original Artist in the South-East Entertainment Awards and nominated three times for a Josie Music Award in Nashville, USA.

Championed by BBC Introducing in Norfolk, and featured on BBC Introducing Suffolk, she has had three Tracks of the Week and has had her first single featured on UK, USA and Canadian radio stations.  Her early release, Courage, independently recorded and released, began her journey into the music business. Now becoming widely known on the UK music scene, she is dedicated to her loyal fan base with views, plays and followers growing exponentially.

Among her notable performances are included, Long Beach and LA, California; the O2 and Dingwalls, London; the NEC Birmingham; and many appearances in the East of England, across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire.

Never Let You Go is available to download on streaming platforms such as Spotify and YouTube. It is also available to purchase on other sites including iTunes and Amazon Music.
